Thursdays are an adventure day here on Cape Cod. I have a very good friend, Karen, who is always game to explore a new neighborhood, beach, or restaurant. Our trip last week brought us to a chocolate factory, Thai food truck, vineyard, and spice company. Truro is known for its beaches, Highland Lighthouse, walking trails along the National Seashore, white beach cottages, and Edward Hopper but here are some other reasons why you might want to plan a trip!
Jams Gourmet Grocery
A great spot to pick up a paper, supplies for the beach, souvenirs, or treats for dinner.
A fun and tasty spot to stop by for breakfast or to learn more about the chocolate making process. This summer they joined forces with High Tide Food Truck which is located in their parking lot. Get there early so you don’t miss out on the pad thai!
Truro Vineyards and South Hollow Spirits
Stop by to take a tour or tasting at this family friendly vineyard. There is also a food truck on premise to grab something to eat as you relax in a very beautiful setting.
They have a nice selection of T-shirts and sweatshirts along with fun and affordable jewelry.
Atlantic Spice Company
A wholesale company that has incredible selections of spices and herbs. If you are a cook, this is the place for you!
